What We Believe

  1. The Supernatural, God-given inspiration and inerrancy of the Holy Scriptures.  The King James Version is the preserved Word of God in the English language.  Psalm 12:6,7; II Timothy 3:16
  2. The Trinity of the Godhead - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  Matthew 28:19
  3. The Deity of Jesus Christ. John 1:1; 10:30; Philippians 2:6
  4. The necessity of the new birth for salvation.  John 3:3-7
  5. The Person, Acts 5:3,4,9; Works, Genesis 1:2,3; and Gifts, I Corinthians 12, 13, 14 of the Holy Spirit. 
  6. The church is the body and bride of Christ and its members are those saved alone through grace alone through faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 2:8,9
  7. Biblical Separation Romans 16:17,18
  8. Dispensationalism. A dispensation is a specific, divine economy, a commitment from God to man of a responsibility to discharge that which God has appointed him. There are 7 divisions of time regarding man.
  9. The doctrine of future things, Prophecy regarding the Pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church,                        I Thessalonians 4:16,17; Romans 14:10-12; II Corinthians 5:10, and Pre-Millennial Return of Christ to the Earth. Zechariah 14:1-4
  10. Marriage is a Divine Institution, constituted at the beginning, before the origin of human society.  God made man, male and female and ordained marriage as the indispensable condition of the continuance of the race.  Genesis 1:27,28.
  11. Relationship between State and Church - The Church and State are to be separate, with each having definite and distinct spheres of responsibility.  Matthew 22:21; Romans 13:1-7
  12. We are not involved with the modern day Charismatic movement.
